I haven’t received my payment. Can you tell me what should I do?

Haven't received your payment? Make sure you have done the following:

  • Completed your profile to 100% and added your home address and PayPal email address.
  • Have requested a balance over $100
  • Checked your calendar: our policy is if you request a payment between the 1st and 15th of the month, you get paid on the 30th. If you request a payment between the 15th and 30th, you get paid on the 15th of the next month.

If you have done all of the above and still haven't received your payment, reach out to our team and we'll investigate to make sure you receive your payment as soon as possible!
